On my credit card statement I had three $19.95 charges all on August 18!

I went to pay my credit card bill today which I've only used once in the last four months and was below my limit. I somehow went over my limit, so I looked at the last statement and noticed that on August 18 I had three charges of $19.95, yes all on the same day. I immediately called the number listed and when I finally was able to talk to a human and started to tell her my story, she politely interrupted me and transferred me to a manager. I informed the manager of the situation and he told me because I 'clicked' on their advertisement I signed up for their service. I told him I want the three charges reversed and I am reporting them to the BBB as soon as I hang up. He said because of the terms and conditions he couldn't refund my money. I told him again I want all three charges reversed and I am reporting them. I said that it very wrong (I used other words) to steal people's money. I kept repeating myself and he finally said "you were charged 3 times in one day, that's wrong and I will credit the charges." He was ready to hang up and I told him I want a confirmation number, he gave me one but after reading all of these complaints the numbers were probably pulled out of his you know what. I called my credit card company and a dispute is in place, they cancelled that account and are sending a new card to me. I am also contacting Classmates and letting them know that they have fraudulant advertisers on their website. I already read one post that contacted Classmates and Classmates denies that this company is deceiving, I will close my account with them if that is truely what their practices are like.
