They are under investigation for wrong doings in the market. They have been contacted by the SEC for their part in the AETE and RUNU disaster. They also go by the aliases Expedite Holdings, Dealflo and Clearstock.

Their websites include: Rarely do they disclose their compensation.

The brokerage in Costa Rica, were they funneled ill gotten funds, recently had a few issues with the owners/management of the firm. The company is called Red Sea Management.
