Scare tactic to try to get money when you did NOT agree to the contract

I had been called over 15 times in one day by this company at my home number, i am still trying to figure out how they got that. Anyway they tell you all this things about how they are going to enhance your website and then they askedm e al this yes/no questions and i kept asking well how much is this going ot cost? And hte gentleman ispoke with Anthony i believe was his name said dont worry about that let me tell you all this things we are offering you. He was very persistent and then kep hounding and had me fill out a form which was suppossed to be "just so i can see " how easy it was. Then bam i get an invoice through paypal and it ws for over $2000! So i cancel and sent a message sayin i was not interested in their services but that i would keep them in mind for the future and i thanked Anthony for his time. About a month later i start getting all these calls from mr. Brooks to call his 800# regarding financial fraud i panicked thinking it had to do with my identity being stolen back in 04 so i called he didnt answer my first 2 calls so i left a msg. He finally calls me back today, says that SEO PRO/BDI has sent me to his agency and that he is willing to offer me a settlement of $1400 so that SEO PRO/BDI wont do like they do with all their other clients in the same situation so he said had to give that money (which i dont have) asap otherwise there will be a warrant fo my arrest in the state of NV and i will be faced with a felony charge. I caled the NV Attorney General and the consumer prtection agency and they will be taking care of that now and when i called mr. Brooks to tell him i would be letting the Attorney General take care of it he was not too happy and kept threatening me so i hung up.

I am still scared bcause of all the things they said so please pray that i will have strength through all this. Thank you for listening.
