Usa credit took 149.95 out of my account when i gave no authorization to do so

On 9/16 usa credit took 149.95 out of my account. I applied for 1500.00 with them and when i was turned down for that amount i told them to cancel it. When i found the charge on my account i called them and they said there was nothing i could do about it.
