I'm being ripped off... Can anyone give me some help

I see there are a lot of complaints about this company on your site, however, I am not sure it is the same one, but it sounds like it. The website offers no address or telephone number (should have been my first clue), the only way to contact them is by email.

I got an email about getting government grants and I didn't respond to it, but went on line and this Grant Instructor Resource was recommended on some scam site (odd, but true). Anyway for a $1.95 you could view there website, so I did. It wasn't very helpful, mostly it gives you other websites to search. I figured it was a waste of $1.95, but I could live with that. However, another charge for. 06 appeared on my bank account, a foreign currency fee (laundering money) and then a $58.61 charge, all with a phone number that doesn't work.

I went back on the website and sent them an email requesting cancellation and a refund, however, I am not holding my breath. What can I do and STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They are thieves.
