Cannot believe what i am hearing about this company

This company is harassing my parents... Even showed up at their home to shove a phone in their face to tell them someone wanted to talk to them

Has anyone reported this company to the better business bureau i looked them up on there and they are said to have one resolved complaint in the last 36 months
just trying to figure out which avenu to take for a course of legal action

A mortgage company cannot show up at your home and force you to talk to them... Can they? I would think that would fall under some kind of aggressive harassment/stalking charge
