I am writing this because my friend had ordered merchandise from them. Even, though she told them to stop sending, and returned 2 shipments (she doesn't need this many), they continued to ship and charge her credit card. She has not received any refund inspite of the returns. I called them on her behalf. Their voice mailbox is full. Their message spoken by a woman is obnoxious. It is too early to not be open for business. Since when does a mainland company close for business before 4:30p?

When I checked the internet for this company's hours, I find that this company has usacomplaints.com.
