I have received another letter saying i have won a prize to get this i have to phone for a code at 1.50 per minute lasts 6 minutes.

Then post a self addressed envelope. If i win an electrical item i have to pay for delivery and insurance of 6.50.

My point is that if this was above board my prize weather 25,000 or car or holiday i should receive it and not have to pay.
