Biggest rip off

I received a certificate for a credit card in the mail, after applying i had to send a fee of 49.95.

They said it was guarantee that it wasn't catalog shopping. I received a credit card that don, t even exist on the web or anywhere else. Its first liberty financial.

I called its a machine. I sent a letter for a fefund and they replied too bad can, t get your money back. I got screwed. There should be help to get back our money. Its a shame that people are doing that.
