Need to stop taking money out of my account CANCEL

They said they were going to try to help me get grants from the government, because at this very moment I am not able to work. They had sent me a CD, which DOES NOT WORK. I want my money refunded back into my account. And make SURE they CANCEL whatever and DO NOT GET anymore of my money!!!
