Bait and switch! HYIP Test Plan I spent minimum and no payout. They claimed minimum was 10 x more

I spent $300 in a Test Plan offering 800% in 72 hours. No payment when it was due. Contacted support, was told I need to respend $3000, their minimum amount. I checked their terms again, it stated the minimum amount was $300. I also checked their plans again. Their Test Plan was and still is $300 -$3000 @ 800% in 72 hours. This isn't even a HYIP, it is a scam and ripoff. They do not, nor ever intended to pay out anything.
