Sahalie Ripped Off My Bank Account for $14.95! Portland

I just checked my bank account online and found out Sahalie charged me $14.95 for some "rewards" program that I DID NOT sign up for.in fact, I've only ordered one item from them and did not plan on ordering again. I don't know how they enrolled me in this at all except that I did use my checking/debit card to pay for the item. I NEVER gave them my checking account information. HELP! After reading other reports on the company, I am afraid this is a monthly charge.
