USASHOPPING.com Stealing money

I just checked out my bank account online and on 8/29/08 Ameriloan has been processing a payment of $410.00 out of my account and is now stealing all of my money. Then I have been receiving information from my bank of payments being processed from different company called USAshopping.com and I have no idea who they are. They are taking payments out on 9/9/08 from PLRCINC.com for $7.99 and they have been trying to get that amount of money several times. Then PLRCINC is also taking payments out of $31.98 on 9/9/08. Also a company called Platinum Services is trying to take out money on 8/29/08 for the amount of $14.00. America's Cash is also trying to take money out on 8/21/08 for the amount of $172.00. On 8/18/08 SAFEIDSUPP.com is also taking money out of the amount of $31.98. I think that something needs to be done about this and these people need to be prosecuted since they are trying to steal my money.
