Sold me 2 kittens with serious birth defects. Claimed he didn't know, would not refund my $1300

Jervis Tucker offered me two ragdoll cats for $1300. I instantly got them to my vet who found both had heart murmurs plus one had pectus excavatum that will be deformed ribcage which doesn't permit regular center and lung growth. This kitty can also be anemic. Both had bugs and ear mites. Our naiveness; never purchased cats before. Informed breeder instantly and he stated no understanding of birth defects. Requested him to assist with vet expenses by returning part of cash. Just provided another kiitten, like I required three sick cats. Won't return my calls or return any part of my income.
