Sold "insurance" over phone, debiting my checking account, unable to locate co. Nationwide

Searching for health insurance on the web, I took out a policy with this company. I have not received any information, nor can I locate them. I did find somewhere on the net they that are scammers, and wanted to list here to perhaps save someone else the trouble. If anyone knows how to stop the debits, please contact me.
