Charge my bank account twice! Dont even know who they are! Illinois

Hi im really upset to find out that a company by the name of umg buyers edge have my bank account information. Im not only upset that they charge my card without me or my husband knowing but its scary for me to know that they have our bank account details. Im willing to make an example out of that company and be part of a class action suit against them. The scary thing is when i phone them and ask the how they got my information she couldnt give me an answer.
