This firm has taken me to court on 2 separate dates for a credit card debt which was reported stolen years ago. On the second court date, it was dismissed for a no show for want of prosecution with costs adjudged against them. And as if that wasnt enough they went back and refiled again and after that went so far as to attempt to garnish my wages still in another county. If I hadnt shown up they would have gotten their judgement by default, but for some strange reason they are still trying, even after the judges decision to dismiss the case, to continue this practice. It seems to be a no win with them.

I feel that justice isnt justice if they are allowed to continue doing this. Why should I have to keep taking off from work to prove myself innocent and losing pay when it was decided over a year ago that the case was dismissed! They are the rudest people I have ever talked to and was hung up on when I explained that it wasnt my debt. I had just gotten out of the hospital when I went to court and they werent there but wish to keep pursuing this. I have since filed a traverse and am going to court once agian, taking off from work, in hopes that the judge will give me JUSTICE finally!
