I found this company by googling the name Affordable Guides. They advertise how to make money on Ebay, I found the number and the name WEBOLOGY on my bank statement. I have been told they can get your information through a 3rd party authorization.

After finding them on the Internet this is what I found out.

They claim: it's is a paid membership site that is step-by-step guides that enables aspiring entrepreneurs, just like you, to start and manage a home based Internet business!
Truth: Not on my computers history list of ever being there.

Claim: FREE within the members area. The members area is a flat fee of $59.97 each month to have access to an unlimited supply of guides, videos, step-by-step tutorials, helpful tips, secrets, systems, and exclusive training material.
Truth: I didn't get an email or confirmation number!

They claim: Any charges that display on your statement under the name WEBOLOGY is for your membership with Affordable Guides. All charges made from WEBOLOGY are non-refundable.
Truth: so they hold your money and it's non-refundable! Again, How did they get my information?

They claim: You can cancel whenever you like. However, if you decide to cancel your Affordable Guides membership within 10 days of when you process your order, you will be charged a fourty dollar cancellation fee.
Truth: OMG, they can do this!

Claim: This fee covers the support, processing fees, and time it takes for us to set up the Affordable Guides members area that you have access to the day you join. This cancellation fee is non-refundable.
Truth: what access, who are they? I didn't know they existed! I checked history of my emails and computer.

They claim: If you cancel anytime after 10 days of joining Affordable Guides, you will not be charged the non-refundable cancellation fee.
Truth: The charge is on hold at your bank. I found out due to my bank sends notices of transaction daily, I noticed money missing but not on my statement yet.

They claim: Our support desk that processes all cancellations is only open on Monday - Friday from 8am PST to 6pm PST to process your cancellation request. If you send in your cancellation request after these business hours, we will process your cancellation on the next business day.

Truth: Where's the number to call, it's on your bank statement after the 10 days. I have emailed their support desk but have not gotten any reply to this day. I now have to close my bank account so they cannot charge me again!
