They took out $70.00 out of credit card account

I ordered a sample that was only suppose to cost me shipping 4.95 I had 30 days to cancel, which I did, they sent me another bottle and charged me 69.90 on my credit card which I returned, then when I got my credit card statement it had the credit amount plus 69.90, they said I had 2 weeks to cancel, when the letter said you had 30 days. So I got screwed out of 69.90 when I was only suppose to pay 4.95. Talking to them is like talking to a blank wall, they said tough luck!!
