Army Pre-Shaped Beret
Not as advertised

Beware whenever you purchase out of this shop. I requested a pre-formed beret out of this shop. The beret marketed pre-shaped and examination prepared. After I obtained the beret it had been preshaped using the collapse towards the remaining. This could imply you'd need to improve the beret. I called customer support. This individual did anything he might to inform me I had been incorrect. He ultimately named me back and mentioned they'd return my cash and deliver me a brand new beret. Per month later I never received something. After calling customer support many times. I eventually got in touch with them. He mentioned he released me a shop credit-which I not have obtained. I've 18 years within the Military and also have never handled something this poor as it pertains to customer support. I'll chalk up the $27.51 like a reduction. Troopers beware don't purchase out of this shop!!! I can't imagine just how many additional Troopers have now been attached by these men. The corporation also known as me at the office and confronted me afte I published the very first evaluation.
