Nationwide Pools - Keith Stuart
Contractor misrepresented his capabilities to fraudulently require our funds

We signed a contract with Nationwide Pools Inc in August with the stipulation my money would be refunded and contract cancelled if fence easement issue could not be resolved. As soon as the issue could not be resolved with letter from the City stating no permit would be issued Nationwide wanted to still continue with the contract knowing that the city would not issue a permit. Upon request of cancelation of contract we were kicked out of his office and refused refund or cancelation. We have tried the Bette Business Bureau with no avail. There response to our complaint was to pay them more money to let us out of our contract. We had an attorney for a short time pro bono but they refused to work with him as well. The company has never tried to seriously resolve this issue. I am fed up and now reporting them to the Attorney General's office, the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Department of Business and Professional Regulations and on this site. If anyone is interested in a class action suit please let me know. Also if you want to file with the above departments please do. The more complaints to these agencies on this company the better.
