Withdraws 189.99 using my ATM number, NOT Authorized

I already filed one report and fortunately found one on your site for the same place. I called the number and the lady said she was with the legal department for the company. She asked me for the invoice number and I told her that i had not recieved one but that I had a control number. She hollered at me that she wanted an invoice number and then asked me for my name and phone number. I gave her my name and number and she [proceeded to yell at me that she was going to cll the bank and would call me right back. I replied, "Okay!". She did not hang up and this time she yelled at em that she would call me right back and to hang up. I did. I have waited all day for a call.

How can she call my bank when she did not even ask for my banks name or the account that the money was taken from? I immedaitely called my bank and tol them about the conversation. I am waiting for someone to call me back so I can go file a Federal regulation E form against this company.

About ten years ago, I had ordered magazines from this company and made monthly payments to them for five years. When my payments were done, they tried to get me to order more magazines and I told them that I could get thousands of magazines for what they ended up charging me. I have never heard from them since. I have seen ads on them online and usually put them into my spam mail. How they got my atm card and used it and got authorization for 189.99 I'll never know but you must be very wary of these people.
