Unauthorized withdrawl from a SAVINGS account

My partner named the financial institution to determine how much cash he'd readily available for withdrawl without shutting the consideration. But, the teller in the lender stated that he was overdrawn!!! Nowadays (09/02/08) we received a notice within the email in the lender and also the firm's title that seemed about the declaration was zzsolutions. Neither people has heard of the organization and that I am likely to record this as scam... I've children and that I do not have the full time or individuals to perform most of these activities with silly people at this time, particularly when our economy is declining enjoy it is... I actually donot possess a grace period. I'd like this looked after at this time!!!
