Lawrence Taylor Stole 2941.75 claiming i had one the reader digest sweepstake

Miscellaneous

One Day i came home from a very long day at work when my wife told me we had won a sweepstake she had enter a while back. I knew my wife was in to all that online sweepstakes stuff i told her that was fake. She then told me that they had already sent me a check for $3091.75 which supposendly cover insurance, handling, duty and taxes fees. Apperently my winnings was 75000 dollars. So i went to my bank to see if the check was legit or what they said they could cash it for me. Si i called the agent that was assigned to me and they seem all nice and all, saying congrats and all. So i send my wife to send them the money.

After she came back from the western union office she showed me the reciet of the transfer. I then notice that i had to send the money to CANADA!!! Red flag automatically went off the next day i tried calling the claim office and i answer machine came on. 3 days later when i was suppose to recieve my cashier check of 75000, never came. And thats not it a week later the check bownced. When i contacted my bank they said that the only reason they cashed the check was because I had the funds to cover it. Im sooooo mad now im out of 3000 dollars and i had to close my account because i could not pay that amount all my savings would of been gone. But i quickly transfer my money to another acxcount and closed it. I hope they catch this Lawrence taylor guy
