Bogus inquiries on credit report

This company is the seediest around. They have continually hounded me for months trying to collect on an old, outdated debt they purchased more than 8 years ago. Because they can't "touch" me they are trying to put inquiries on my credit report which negatively affects my credit. I am suing and filing reports with state's attorney's offices in my state and theirs, financial regulators in my state and theirs, the Federal Trade Commission and the powerless BBB (why bother? Because it makes me feel better). Don't take this sitting down. If your debt is over 7 years old and they are harrassing you... Let's form a class action suit and get the little buggers. I understand they are a group of unsuccessful attorneys who've resorted to debt collction.
