Never ever buy this product

Firstable, the advertisement on the TV is very misleading and subjecting consumers to high pressure sales tactics. I followed the intructions carefully, but the scratches are STILL on my car, and has not been removed at all. "Just wipe away"... ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!!

In fact, it even ruined some part of my car, where I used the pen on it. After applying it, and let it dry on the sunlight, it composed a hard coat on the surface. This product of yours does NOT vanish the scratches, but even causes more damage!!!

Also, they have a return policy on unopened products! My question is: Howcan you call it a product guarantee if the guarantee is voided by opening the product?'

The only thing Fix-it wipes away is a failing grade "F!"
