I have just recently been receiving phone calls at work from David Morgan and associates. They to wanted my attorneys name and fax number, then they said i needed to get a criminal lawyer because they were filing charges of check fraud and theft by deception.in 2005 i filed for bankruptcy and the payloan company was listed in the case. So now 3 years later i start getting calls talking about jail time and i need to have my attorney call them back. There also has been other payday loan companies that have tried this and my attorney said to just hang up on them. So i have and if they have called at home i have blocked there number. I do that this company and others are in violation of the law for what they are doing.
