I am the controller for a construction firm. This company used our receptionists name to start service of $49.95 a month. This service was never authorized. We called and after several rude moments with their customer service person finally we received a credit. Supposidly they were going to send us a recording of the receptionist ordering this service. However, to date we have never received such a recording.
