I sent the $19.99 only to be sent another letter from NSRS asking for an additional $34.99.

I am requesting a refund by writing to them, with little hope of actually receiving it.

I will update on whether or not I get it.

These guys are shysters!!! I am sure that if I continue to send them money that I will continue to receive similar letters requesting even higher amounts each time.
