I bought 2 sea scooters from NFM Direct. Within 3 months, the gear casings broke. After 2 months, they mailed me replacement gear casings. They broke again within a few weeks. After that, they would not return my phone calls or respond to e-mails. Then the web site was changed and their phone number removed.
Their 12 month warranty is bogus, and the products are lousy.
Stay away from NFM Direct.
