D Creech goes around representing himself as a non-profit foundation, claims he is an attorney and a medical doctor, rips off business, real estate owners and many others and it seems that most police departments don't care, ours certianly didn't. He took me for rent and severly damaged my property until is had to be red-tagged and even then he wouldn't move out until I eveicted him. He then moved down the street tot he Boatyard Shopping Center where he conned the owner into letting him set up shop there and then had to be evicted.
