Forster & Garbus
Freeze my bank account will not let me make an agreement with them, giving me reasons the bank said is not true Increasing the amount owed. Very rude and disrespectful

Miscellaneous

I tried to make an agreement with the company for 3 days because they froze my bank account. They wouldn't do it. They told me the bank needed to fax them information which the bank said that wasn't true. They needed to fax the bank a release form. The amount they said I owed them was different then the amount they gave the bank. It was three times more. The gentlemen was very rude. Raising his voice at me, I told him to relax. Then at other times he started talking calm but being very smart and disrespectfull with his answers.

We the people need some one to help us. Why are we being subjected to this kind of treatment? Many have lost jobs and homes. Somthing is wrong with this company. It's not what you do, but the way you do it. Help
