Lose your money, time and efforts, not your weight as they promise

This was truly an "Ah-Ha" momment for me. Because Oprah's name was on their website, "Ah-Ha", was I fooled. As Oprah maintains, you can't judge a book by its cover.

The product and alleged results sounded promising. So I gave it a try, only because of Oprah's name. The only results were frustration in contacting the company for a refund.

It was so simple to place the order. Order on line. Hassle free!

Try to contact a customer representative. Forget it! At times, there is no answer. You're placed on hold, then miraculously, the phone gets disconnected.

After months of calls, I finally got through. Guess what? There is no refund. But, they will send me a different product. Sorry, I don't want any future obligation.

Thank goodness for the post office. With my return-receipt, I was able proove they received the return items. Only then did I receive a partial refund for an un-opened product.

Companies like Weight Loss are hurting reputable online companies. Such, they should be boycotted. There should be penalties for misrepresenting any product with the use of a celebrity's alleged testimony.
