Last November, my boyfriend wanted to surprise me with lingerie from what you would think is a reputable merchant. He not only got taken but when trying to resolve the fact that Playboy failed to send the merchandise, and promised to refund his money, neither has happened in more than 10 months. Repeated calls and letters have availed no result. The company claims that it actually changed hands.

So? What does that have to do with the fact Playboy Catalog and Playboystore.com has his $80.00? Do not do business with these people. They are thieves! Someone should tell Holly how this branch of Playboy is hurting her and Hef! Maybe she can put her boot in someone's kiester.
