Criminal intent and deceit

Named individuals; Pamela G. Trees, Ronald J. Trees, A & R Construction and former employees of Best Contracting had falsified time cards of my business and purchased supplies for A & R Construction at supply houses under my business name and caused me to pay for those items. Due to the falsified time cards (my employees were NOT at my jobsite working, but at the jobsite of A & R Const.), these individuals received money by extortion and caused me to pay payroll taxes, etc. On extorted money. These individuals made a profit on selling the supplies they extorted from my supply house account of which I also paid sales tax. To escape the criminal charges they assumed would come about when I found out, they (the Trees) immediately sued me claiming I was their partner, further extorting money from me. I am letting everyone know not to do business with these individuals.By then it will be too late. This happened a few years back but they managed to ruin my business and attack my family and steal everything my business and family owned. Beware the nice joker: (To my knowledge none have ever paid income tax on their extorted profits.

FYI: If they ever do get you don't let your lawyer talk you out of getting a CPA to do a complete audit of your business and do not get Scott Chapman or Ed Litteneker as your attorney!
