Shannon, And Liz Car Hop and its representatives and manager were totally unprofessional. This company is no where near a professional company and just a rip off and an inconsiderate place to ever even step one foot into

Car hop car and warranty services. Bad credit, low credit, and even no credit you come out with a car no matter what. Sounds too good to be true. That is because it is too good to be true. They have the worst service and store environment ever. You wouldn't even want to walk in the front door. New buyer like me walks into the store and does not care of the quality or anything and buys a car. The worst mistake i will ever make.

They sold me the car failing to mention any issues with the car. I find out the sunroof does not work and think oh well maybe they can fix that before they sell it to me. She writes that the sunroof is not in tact and and signs it saying it is going to be fixed. There thats done and written down. Nope it is not done they will not fix my sunroof without force, because it was hand written and there was no way they could turn me down, but they did.

They are not a professional company. I dare you just to walk in there and you will see that there is no coffee in the coffee maker or you will see that there is only 2 chairs for people to wait in that seemed that they were bought from a yard sale. Its just a rip off waiting to happen i ended up having to fight fight fight fight to get them to cancel my contract and not even a penny back in return of the car. Do not go to car hop.

They have a high interest rate and crappy cars i ended up having to try paying 10000 dollars and yes that is correct 10000 dollars for a 1998 dodge neon that was worth 1500 dollars on blue book not too mention it was a piece of crap so it was probably worth 1000 dollars. Again do not ever step foot into car hop unless going into see how crappy their environment is. Sorry about not having proper grammar my shift button is not working at all.
