The Job is a scam

I found this job on careerbuilder.com. I called the company and scheduled an interview. When I got to the office, I was amazed at how unprofessional it was. There was a young woman at the receptionist counter who gave me a clipboard with paperwork. I filled it out and waited in the waiting room. The chairs were nothing fancy, and there was loud music blasting. Some young men came out laughing and calling eachother racial slangs. About 10 minutes later I had my interview with the "president" of the company, named Audra. She asked me about my experience and what I was looking for. I told her that I was looking for a full time steady pay job, and that I did not want to work for commission. She then told me that I would be paid $350-$450 my first two weeks of training. I took the job and went on what they call a "day of o", which is basically you go out with someone who works there and see how the job is done. What we did was go to a Safeway and set up a booth outside to sell products for a child protection agency. The job seemed shaky, and the girl I was with seemed nieve. But I took the job anyway. I started the next week and worked for 2 days selling tee shirts and other items. The claim is that 5% of the money earned goes back to the charity. But there were so many rules about what you could say and what you could not. As it turned out the job was commission and when I asked when I would be getting paid for my training, I never got a straight answer.

Be careful of this "job". The people who work there have no clue what is really going on and if they do-then they are working a scam.
