Both companies ripped me off

Both companies charged me $19.95 although I gave no authorization to do so. The only information I have on them is what was charged on my account. Since there was a phone number on the charge, I called the first company I was told I had a subscription, for which I have no idea and promply cancelled. When I called the second company I was told it was already cancelled meaning both companies are one and the same. This is really a scam.
