Rip-off I have been financially RAPED by them, a low down dirty company

Okay... I'm an idiot. I, too, answered an ad about the Slim Patch to find out more information on this 'miracle product'. At the end of August of a scam artist named "Mike" (sound familiar?) called and had me so pumped up about this product, I found myself digging for the old credit card before taking time to think about it. After all, there was 100% guarantee, right?

Well the product finally arrived (about a month after the call) on September 24. Meanwhile, I had called them (funny, I had no trouble contacting anyone THEN!) regarding my concern that the product had not been delivered and the time period for trying the product... They assured me that all was fine, that the 30 day trail period would be adjusted. That pacified me for the time being... When the product arrived, I called them to let them know (I wanted my full 30 day trial!) So I was set...

I started the product, nothing happened. I called them and told them I was dissatisfied and wanted to return the other 2 month supply and have my credit card credited the $199.00. Fortunately, I had delivery confirmation, and that indicates that it was returned to Orem, UT on October 23 at 11:55 A.M. That actually would be 1 day shy of having the product for a month.

It was so close to the next billing cycle that I did not expect the credit on that statement, but then the NEXT month rolled around, and there was still no credit. I phoned them and spoke with 'Felicia', I went over all the information from when 'Mike' first called, making sure I understood the agreement (she verified that I was correct), then I gave her all the facts regarding the return information. She went and 'talked to her supervisor' who told her that they had no record of the product being returned. She asked that I fax a copy of the confirmation receipt, which I did. (I still have copies of everything.)

I have tried unsuccessfully to contact them to verify receipt of the fax for 2 weeks now. I also have sent emails which have gone unanswered. At first, I suspected that perhaps they were closed for the holidays for a few weeks, but now I realize that Tree House Marketing is a FLY BY NIGHT company, here only to take advantage of unsuspecting, naive victims. They are just out to RAPE people of their money!

I have learned a most valuable lesson, and I suppose it could have been much worse than $199.00, but to me that is an awful lot of money. The internet can be a very dangerous place for business, as there is no physical way to track them down.

THESE FOLKS ARE UNSCRUPULOUS, UNPRINCIPLED SOB's, and they deserve to have the book thrown at them!!! I doubt that I will ever see my money again, but I know that their actions will catch up with them one day...

Oh... And a note for YOU, SEAN (I see that you are the one who responds...)

I DID listen to the conversation, I took copious notes, (that is why I made so many phone calls before receiving the product, and again WHEN I received it!) I sent the product back with a confirmation receipt, I still have it and can PROVE that was delivered AND that it was on time. So what will your excuse for me be?
