Took my money and did not make website available for the printouts

I paid $1.98 for instant access to their website along with an email/username and password. I was provided with an order number. It was supposed to give me instant access to the information I needed to write a grant. It does not work. I sent them two emails and received no reply. Their website for the information http://www.thegrantresourceguide.com/index.php does not work. You can click on anything on the site and it doesn't work including Contact. This company truly qualifies for the rip off site.
