Fought with them on the phone and kept demanding to speak to a manager/supervisor. Manager finally came on and said his name was Chalsey Clayton but was obviously Asian.insisted website said no refund. It didn't, trust me. He hung up on me. Trying to see what action I can get my bank to take.
