Everycontractor refuses to live up to their guarantee. Which is "Or your money back" Las Vegas Nevada

I paid Everycontractor.com $3000.00 to receive at least $54000.00 worth of work in a 12 month period. A contract was written up showing the guarantee. I was updating my profile and did what the contract read, but was never contacted by my project coordinator, account manager or ec customer service.
I signed up for this sevice in May of in Aug my business folded due to personal reasons. I called Everycontractor and spoke to a sales rep., John. He told me the money could not be refunded until one year has passed.
When I called after a year was up I was told I was in breach of contract, and I will not get my money back. I was told a manager would call me to discuss this, it did not happen. I tried to get to the web site and I got "Service unavailable" from the web site.
I want my money back!
