A charge (actually 2 charges) suddenly appeared on my business phone bill thru AT&T. These were listed as 1. Survival Kit, 2. Total protection plus voice mail.
Total-$29.92
Called Total Protection Plus & they quickly agreed to cancel & remove their charges.
Next called ESBI, and began getting the royal run around.
Finally got them to cancel & credit all charges. (Only after threatening legal action!)
