Mystery shopper (survey instructions) ups delivery

Received a check in the mail for $2,550 with instructions to cash it at my bank, deduct a fee for my services and then forward the balance to a third party. This is all done under the guise of a "mystery shopper" assignment. Reading the email instructions, it all looks good but if you look close, the grammar, punctuation and spelling reeks of a foreign entity.

The check delivered appears to be drawn on a Wells Fargo Bank in Tracy, California. But when you look up the name that the check bears, you do get a Tracy Family Dental in Tracy, Ca

There is even a website address given but when you access it, you get the message; "This site is under construction"

Characters named in this charade are: "Tony Barber" (giver of check), "Tracy Family Dental" (Payor of the Check) and "David Ugrin, ZUPANCICEVA 33, KOPER, ZIP 6000 and the country of Slovenia"

It was too tempting to be real and I remember my father telling me, "son, if its too good to be true, it isn't" End of Story
