Kingjameskicks ripped me off - chico

On August 30 I ordered a pair of AB Marvel Comics Bape sneakers on-line from KingJamesKicks.com on-line catalog. I rec'd notification that my order would be processed and my shoes would arrive within 5-8 working days.

I received an order confirmation which told me how to send payment -
"Please put your First and last name and order number in the envelope along with your check or money order and send to:

Daniel Osborn - PO Box 6105 - Chico, CA 95927 - United States
I was to get an email when the check/money order was received.

On 9/1/06 I went to the website - logged in to my account and up came my order information. I sent a Postal Money Order via Express Mail (overnight) from the post office that day.

I never thought too much about it until a month later when my son asked me when his shoes were coming in. I was never able to get a hold of anyone there again. The ripped me off the $45.00 for the shoes and another $15 for my express mail charge to get the check there overnight.
