Auctions Pulled Over Software While Larger Seller Left Alone

The jerks at efraud have been pulling down all my auctions because they claimed I was putting unauthorized copies of Microsoft XP and Office 2007. They claimed that I had to include disks and a license to make it legal... So I changed all my auctions to leave out any reference to Microsoft (even though the software was preinstalled by IBM and there were no factory disks).

Subsequently, I reported "mntrooper"... A much larger seller on ebay, for the exact same infraction. Ebay has not pulled down any of mntrooper's auctions and sends me their bogus bullshit boiler plate email "... Thank-you for reporting... We cannot tell you what we will do to the seller... Due to privacy... Good bye"

Total bullshit... Liars do whatever is good for their pocketbook... Period.
