They keep sending Past Due Notices and delinquent account letters

The trial was sent back, however they charged my account and are sending me nasty letters to attempt to collect more. I had to cancell my credit card because of them. All they have is a toll free number that nobody ever answers, you can dial at any time. It's a recording. The worst part. The product DOES NOT WORK.
