New orders shipped, account charged more than 6 months after account closed

I began refusing shipments and requesting credit for funds debited from my account in 2007. Eventually, I recieved credit as due and thought I was done with them. On May 20, they randomly debited $38.95 from my account and then again on June 10. I then received unsolicited shipments which corresponded with the charges and each of the shipments was refused and returned. I was told that the credit for each would be applied to my account within a few business days. It has now been 90 days and still the funds have not been applied. They have, however, closed my account and purged my information from their account database... For now...
