Stealing from bank account

I was contacted by this company and was asked several questions, and I received an email saying that I was in a trial period and that a cd would be sent to me with information about the company and its services. At the time I told the fellow that I had not received the cd therefore could not progress with this offer. He asked some questions and the asked if someone of higher authority could interview me, and then set up an interview.

Unfortunately when it came time for the interview, a work schedule for me had changed and I was unavailable. As I had no contact number I could not inform them of the change. The original email was August 3. The interview was scheduled for August 14. On August 16, this company charged my bank account for $59.95.

This will cause undue hardship on myself, and as this was done without my authority it leads me to believe this company does not operate on a moral and ethical basis. I did review their website, only to find numerous clerical errors, and now I am wondering if they are a Nigerian based company.

I tried to respond online, but that is not allowed. I tried their contact number, asking for customer service, but that does not work. I called again asking for a sales member, but all I got was a recording. As this is a Sunday, I can accept that, but I cannot accept them sneaking a charge against me on a Saturday when they are closed.

Neither can I accept dealing with a less than desirable company, I have more professionalism than that. If I am taking money from someone I will make myself available 24/7 for that person.
