Roni Lynn Deutch I paid twice for no service and never received personal representation with the IRS

I hired this company after hearing the woman lie on television who owns this company. It took two years and having to pay her double her charges and received no personal representation with the IRS. It was all done by letters and they did no more than I could have on my own. I was never allowed to speak with the attorney that was supposedly handling my case and was told I could not talk to the attorney until the case was completed and therefor I was in the dark from start to their supposedly finish.

They never got one cent in interest or principle reduced and I still don't know how much I owe since I have never been notified by the horrible company about how much I still owe to start my monthly installment. I would discourage anyone from hiring this company since you will be treated like I was.

I had to send copies of everything, I mean everything at least three times, and they blamed me for not getting there on time after I paid overnight service almost everytime they wanted another copy.

I am sure they had the copies but sat around and never sent them to the IRS. If it had been once or twice would have been alright bit over and over and over again does not add up to a reliable company which they are the poster child for unreliability.

At the very end I was told to send more copies and they would end the case, I sent them and before they arrived they say the case is over and they have settled with the IRS. I was never asked if what they settled for was what I wanted they just settled.

The lasr person I talked was not courteous and was 100% obnoious and absolutely no help. I wish I had more room to tell how I feel but this will do.

I am sure the IRS loves to see this firm supposedly representing tax payers because they are not going to have any face to face meetings with them which makes it easier for them and of course the people who are supposed to be representing you and are not doing anything for you.
